Eh, she was okay, but I just couldn't place her right next to Penelope ;-)
Penelope Cruz, hell to the yes. The rest of the film, meh (although I did like the editing here for some odd reason). I agree that Rebecca Hall was simply alright and, although not as bad/annoying as ScarJo, didn't really add anything to the film.
