Sure, trying to see Salma 'I had Pinault's baby' Hayek as a poor nurse is a wee bit of stretch, but did the writers on 30 Rock give her great lines last night. My favorite?

    What wasn't believable? Surely she's not the only home healthcare worker to do the Macarena in custom Bottega! What a bitch! (I love her)

    I can't wait to see what gowns her and Penelope show up wearing at the upcoming awards shows. And how many nuns went blind making them.
