I keep reading A Serious Man reviews from TIFF thinking it's A Single Man and then being confused. Then realizing Single doesn't open til later in the week. Ugh.
Ha Ha. True indeed...Up in the Air and Up were confusing some people I know...but I'm definitely with Vance on that review situation with A Single Man and A Serious Man...I can understand the infatuation with the #9 this year though.
PS, mB...glad to see you gave Cheri a positive rating. As I wrote, I think it suffered from wrong advertising.
@Vance: thankfully both ASM and ASM (see? even acronyms won't help us out here!) are getting great reviews, albeit Colin Firth > The Coens bros in my books :P
@Andrew: I have NO idea what the marketing behind Cheri was trying to do other than NOT getting people to watch this beautifully sumptuous frothy character study.
